Cristyl Chance serves as Office Manager and Surgery Scheduler at Longhorn Brain & Spine. She is dedicated to coordinating surgical cases across our Fort Worth and Hurst locations, working closely with hospitals, surgical facilities, and insurance carriers to ensure every patient’s procedure is scheduled efficiently and without delay. Cristyl is committed to making the surgical process as smooth and stress-free as possible for every patient and their family.

For nearly a decade, Alexis has built a fulfilling career as a Medical Assistant. Passionate about patient care and the fast-paced world of healthcare, she finds joy in making a difference in her patients’ lives every day. Married for four years, she cherishes the love and support of her spouse, balancing her professional and personal life with dedication and warmth. Whether assisting in procedures, supporting her team, or ensuring patients feel comfortable and cared for, she takes pride in her work and the impact she makes. Outside of work, Alexis enjoys spending time with her 5 dogs and is always striving to learn, grow, and embrace life’s journey.
